"Very cute hotel in little Italy and very conveniently located near the trolley, gaslamp, and all the great restaurants in little Italy, and you can take the trolley down to seaport village as well right near the hotel. The staff was polite and helpful and we had morning coffee and breakfast at the restaurant which was very comfortable and a great layout which makes you feel like you’re at home and not a hotel. Rooms were clean and had a view of the airport runway, partially marina, and the freeway which made it a little noisy but my son love seeing the planes land. You can get a quieter room on the other side of the hotel away from the freeway. One thing to note, and this has nothing to do with the hotel but the area around the hotel, is that there are many homeless people around"

"My room was very clean. I like the smell of it. The beds were super comfortable. The parking was outrageous they charge and just sometimes there’s no parking at all. The parking some of them were too small for some cars. That hotel is kind of big, overcrowded. My room was on the third floor. I didn’t like that. I hate going up and down elevators. It’s a hassle."
