The room and views were great. However, the hotel was full, so the staff was not very accommodating when breakfast took longer than expected, and we needed an extra 15 minutes to remove our luggage. We are Hilton Honors members.

Amazing stay! Got away for a weekend with my boyfriend and since we were in the middle of downtown and we had a concert at the Casbah we just walked almost everywhere. I will say this was a first for us staying at a hotel that did not have guest parking so if you want you car parked on the lot you’ll have to pay for valet (which wasn’t a problem for us however it was still a surprise) your other option is street parking which can vary on availability. However we loved everything about our stay and would definitely book here again!

Staff are nice and helpful. Convenient to the airport, city buss goes to the terminals. Relatively close to downtown area. Close to little Italy dining street. Hotel has been remodeled, looks nice. However insulation is not good, AC is noisy. Onsite restaurant is not good either.
