From the moment we check in the staff was always courteous and attentive to all of our needs. We were even given a wonderful surprise from the Hotel delivered to our suite, a bottle of champagne and desert.

I chose Sheraton marina and per the front desk agent because I chose a king bed they moved me to a different property. The Sheraton Bay Tower. Not at all what I expected, much lesser property. Then tried to sell me a room at a much higher rate at the original property. At the other lesser property they supposedly didn’t have a king bed (the whole reason they had to move me to that property). When I complained all of a sudden they found a king bed room. Just horrible

The outlet between the beds was never working, and the checkout experience was terrible. We went to the front desk at about 8:30-8:45 and asked for the one person at the front desk to call maintenance so we could tip Santiago, one of the engineers who was SO VERY helpful during our whole stay and the front desk employee WOULD NOT HELP AT ALL. He was rude and dismissive and refused to call Maintenance.

I reserved a specific type of room and was given a complete opposite but didn’t know that until I got up to my room. While I was checking in, another guest was at the check-in counter, saying that they did not get the room that they had reserved. I should have taken that as a sign to lower my expectations. I have stayed at this location before and didn’t have a problem with the room. However, both stays i had issues getting in and out of the parking area with my room key. Very frustrated.
