From the moment we check in the staff was always courteous and attentive to all of our needs. We were even given a wonderful surprise from the Hotel delivered to our suite, a bottle of champagne and desert.

I chose Sheraton marina and per the front desk agent because I chose a king bed they moved me to a different property. The Sheraton Bay Tower. Not at all what I expected, much lesser property. Then tried to sell me a room at a much higher rate at the original property. At the other lesser property they supposedly didn’t have a king bed (the whole reason they had to move me to that property). When I complained all of a sudden they found a king bed room. Just horrible

They charged my card after leaving the hotel. I have contacted the hotel multiple times seeking clarification, yet I have received no response whatsoever. Mistakes can happen, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable for a hotel of this brand and price point. Guests should not have to chase a major hotel chain for basic billing transparency. Until this issue is acknowledged and resolved, I cannot recommend staying here. Poor post-stay customer service undermines what would otherwise have been a reasonable stay.

We did not have a coffee maker in our room. We called and requested one. It was brought to our room fifteen minutes later. Once we figured out which outlet worked, we had coffee and tea on our balcony. Super! Perhaps you might check the electrical in room 554?

Most everything was good, however we would have liked to enjoy the jacuzzi at the Bay Tower, but it was under construction so we had to take the shuttle to the main hotel to use their jacuzzi. Also the pillows on the bed are too soft, they have no support, it would have been nice to have a more firm-support pillow.
