We were not notified that the hotel’s air conditioning was broken until we walked into the front door. The hotel blamed Travelocity saying that our phone number was not provided to them. They also refused to give us a discount due to the lack of AC. We also had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in because there was no one at the front desk.

Medieval Customer Service

In town with elderly mother for chemo treatment. The shower was nit handicap accessible. The staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. Felt like it was a bother for him to check me in. On a scale of 1 to 10 his customer service was a 1.

The staff was excellent I wish you had non dairy milk for coffee . The hotwater was out but they gave me notice the morning I was to stay there not their fault.

The boiler was being replaced while we were there, so there was no hot water for the duration of our stay. They were very nice and offered to help find alternative accommodations, but we were tired and just wanted to sleep. The common areas of the hotel are beautiful and the beds are clean and very comfortable, but the bathrooms are a little grotty around the edges.

Omg. That bed and those pillows were so comfy. The employees at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Love that the Louis stokes va hospital is a straight shot 1/2 mile up road
