Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff

Had the perfect experience from the moment we pulled up to valet through leaving valet the next day. Beautiful rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly, accommodating staff. I cannot wait to return.

First class. Great staff

First class place and staff. Great food on the club level, not just snacks. Handy to walk the mall and do not have to go outside to get to arena

Excellent Stay

Stayed two nights in July 2013. Very clean rooms. Accessible location. Tower City mall is at connected and you don't have to go outside to get to the Horseshoe casino. Nice facility and the staff was very warm and friendly. Will make this my Cleveland hotel of choice when I am in town. I've stayed in major hotels across the USA for many years and this is at the top of my list for excellence. You get what you pay for.

My daughter loved it

Our room was the cheapest, on the 8th floor, sounds high but the lobby is on the 6th and the 7th is meeting rooms and lounge / restaurant. We could hear lounge music at night while in the bathroom / tub but it wasn't terrible in the sleeping area. What impressed me most is that our room already had the crib set up - a real crib (small size but not a pack-n-play) and they had included for the first night anyway baby shampoo and outlet covers - it was so thoughtful. She loved walking to and fro around the room and looking out the window at the cars below. There was a mini bar but I would have preferred just a standard mini fridge so that we could keep our water and apple juice cool without worrying about my daughter getting into the alcohol. The valets were very nice if a bit pushy - we ended up street parking because our car is not very expensive and Cleveland parking is free on weekends rather than pay $*each time we come or go from the hotel. The hotel provides a map to go jogging and water bottles when you return - a nice idea and the hotel is attached to the same mall as the Marriott Renaissance which has a nice lobby fountain. I asked the front desk for a map of how to get to the botanical gardens and instead she printed off a mapquest directions with no map - we followed them but they were not right - a street did not exist and we would have been better off just driving down Euclid and watching for signs to the garden to get to the wedding rehearsal on time. The shoeshine was nice.
