    Having Fun in Ohio

You can start your trip to the Buckeye State at Put-in-Bay on South Bass Island on Lake Erie. Here, you can golf, boat, or simply relax, as the area includes some of the best resorts in Ohio. Cedar Point -- the state's world-renowned amusement park -- is nearby in Sandusky. Cleveland, which isn't too far from there, is the most happening place in northeastern Ohio, and is where you'll find great attractions like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and West Side Market. Between Cleveland and Akron is Cuyahoga Valley National Park, one of America's most popular natural attractions. In Columbus, you can do everything from touring the highly rated Columbus Zoo to attending an Ohio State Buckeyes college football game at Ohio Stadium during the fall and winter. In southwest Ohio, explore Dayton, a laid-back city with world-famous sights like the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park, or Cincinnati, which features a gorgeous skyline and points of interest like the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center and the historic Over-the-Rhine district.

With so much to explore in the Buckeye State, look for cheap flights and hotels in Ohio on Travelocity as early as possible. From family-friendly Columbus hotels in downtown Columbus to five-star Ohio resorts and casinos beside Lake Erie, you can find it all here. If you find a better deal elsewhere, Travelocity will provide a price match and refund the difference.

Was only in the room to sleep. Overall nice place to stay. Did not enjoy the trash truck outside my window real early in the morning (between 5 & 6 am) however.

"Super nice and clean, very quiet"
My husband and I only stayed here 1 night, but we really enjoyed our stay. First of all, the hotel is attached to Saks Fifth Avenue, which let me know immediately that we had definitely chosen a really nice hotel. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room had an awesome view of Cincinnati and was really clean and comfortable. The hotel was silent all night so we had no trouble sleeping at all.

"Great place to stay if going to a Bengals game"
Only about 3 blocks to the Paul Brown Stadium. We stayed in the North tower. It was clean and comfortable but maybe a little dated. Staff was very friendly. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and for breakfast. Limited selection and had to wait for our food a while at dinner. Breakfast we did the buffet and it was average but quick. Not sure if the menu being limited was due to the Game or not. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We will go back.

"Nice hotel right on the lake."
Nice hotel right by the lake. It's close to downtown but far enough away to make some distance. The parking garage is terrific and the rooms were fine. The only negatives were a refrigerator that didn't work and the restaurants were not great for the price. $16.95 for a breakfast buffet was really overpriced for what you got. But otherwise nice.
