This property was close to an event I was attending so it was convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating upon checkin. Let me preface by saying I should have asked to be moved. My assigned room wasn't very clean. A long black hair on my pillow case. Stink bugs crawling on the walls(9). The air conditioning system smelled like feces. I had to turn it off and cover vent with a towel. Some kind of mess spilled on floor by the bed. The room was nicely furnished and everything worked. Amenities were fine. But to be honest the stink bugs gave me the heebie jeebies. Sorry. I should have asked to be moved. My bad.

Not good

There was no coffee pot in the room. The shower wasn’t properly cleaned and had hair in it. Under the bed had grime and dead bugs as if it hadn’t been swept. The “rug” between the two beds had sand in it and got my feet grimy after my shower. The bed was just a mattress on a metal frame with rollers and shifted every time I moved. Red Roof Inn normally has a good reputation, but I was them I would take my name off this property.

I liked mrs shelly very caring lady rooms where very nice and clean didn't to much care for the other night clerk Rachael i stayed a total of 6 days first three was perfect them last few was different im a little disabled was given a Room with no grab bars in the shower im on a cain mrs shelly gave me the perfect room equipped with grab bars my second half of my stay mrs Rachael gave a room no grab bars adittude was rude my daughter payed for 3 nights online didn't know my daughter hadn't paid the 50$ deposit online i asked if i could get the key to my room so that I could use the bathroom and I was told there's a speedway over there like as if i hadn't been a guess there Rude other than that I was satisfied

Blood on the curtains, pillows were hard, biggest problem was I was told I would be refunded 50$ for the deposit that was never mentioned until check in,fine whatever cool right , no if u have a payroll card from your job they can’t refund it so you have to go threw a bunch of stuff to get the 50$ back. No sign that says some cards won’t let them refund the 50$ unless you call your card. The clerk named Shelly was highly unprofessional. She told me it was my fault she couldn’t refund it eventually told me to go f*** myself so it was not a good experience. Check under the sheets there was blood on the bed as well. Felt disgusting after staying there. Never again

The location is great. There’s a gas station right next door—super convenient if you need gas or want to grab a beer for the night. Lots of restaurants and stores just a few minutes’ drive away too. The room is ok-ish. The floor is really slippery, and the shower doesn’t work that well. Can’t really complain though, especially since I used some Expedia credit and didn’t pay much out of pocket. Let’s be real—you’re not getting five-star quality for 50 bucks. If you’ve got the budget, I’d definitely suggest staying somewhere nicer. Oh, and when you check in, they ask for a $50 deposit—cash or card. I’d recommend paying cash so you get it back right away when you check out, instead of waiting for a card refund.
