Beautiful hotel and amenities. They do offer valet parking, but if you are parking on your own, it may be a little tougher. The parking garage was basically full. The hotel is very close to the nationwide Arena and all of the bars and restaurants which was nice. Construction was going on very close to the hotel which made navigating and parking a little tough. Other than that, had a great stay

Very convenient for anything happening at the Convention Center. Loved the ability to go from building to building without having to go outside. I thought the parking charges were excessive but the convenience was great.

The stay was nice and it was very convenient to the convention center since it’s connected. We did have an issue with the fridge in the room not working and had to wait for a maintenance guy to come fix it our first night there. He was very nice and fixed the issue quickly. Only other complaint is that I had to go to 3 different floors before finding an ice machine that worked. That was a pain when we needed ice for our water bottles for the tournament we were there for. I would stay here again if needing access to the convention center.
