First night was great bed super comfy and I slept so good. Second night was not so good. The two ladies working the bar had terrible customer service. They one was talking for 30 minutes about how she hated her job and she wouldn’t care if they fired her because she has other jobs lined up. Very unprofessional. I was also told by the lady at the front desk I couldn’t get cream for my coffee for the room because it wasn’t morning time and she couldn’t access it. So I guess the hotel controls what time I’m allowed to drink coffee

This hotel was perfect for my daughter and her friends. I also loved being able to have the conjoining room option. Breakfast was better than any hotel we've stayed at as well. The front desk staff was polite and professional. I will definitely choose Embassy Suites here in Columbus as well as other places when I travel.

We have been coming with friends from Cleveland once a year since 2014 and this will be our last visit. What a let down!! We had to get our room re-keyed four times because the key cards kept failed. We stayed from 2/2/26-2/4/26, and the water in the room never got above lukewarm in the sink and shower. When we first complained, we were told that it was because the hotel was full! That was insulting because we’ve been there plenty of times when it was full and had hot water. The quality of the food has gone down significantly. One member of our party got stuck in the elevator for several minutes and no one came to assist - the elevator just began on it’s own. Finally, the staff was nowhere as friendly as they were pre-pandemic. The Embassy Suites just lost a large group of loyal customers.

We have stayed at the Embassy Suites over the years, so when we needed a hotel for our 21-year anniversay, we obviously chose to stay here. We got back to the hotel after 11pm from a concert, to find police all over the parking lot, ICE protestors having a noise demonstration. No one warned us (apparently the hotel was aware beforehand) or even told us what was happening. We had to look online to get the scoop. We figured we wouldnt hear anything from our room. Wrong. We heard police cars, honking horns and very loud music, yelling until 4 am. The front desk said they would refund part of our stay, but they did not. It was not a fun, or restful stay. The room itself was fine, a little dated and the bathroom grout was filthy, pink mold in the shower grout. Breakfast was great, lots of options.

It was beautiful and we have such high expectations. The younger male at the front desk at check in was not very nice. He did not tell me about our incidental room charge until I asked. We had a dog barking and howling in the room next to us, and the breakfast was not good. Potatoes were soggy, pancakes and French toast were hard and the waffle maker was broken. I do want to say, the middle aged male maybe in his 30’s with glasses working at night on Saturday and the beautifully aging female Sunday morning were so very nice! The woman at the front desk was trying to get my daughter excited for cheer even when she was freezing from the door! She helped a lot that morning!!!!
