The phone didn’t work so that the only way to communicate with staff was through text or go down to front desk. Staff was sent to replace phone, but it still didn’t work. There was an emergency alarm, and we could not find out if it was a drill. We asked an employee, but she just pointed to the stairway and shrugged when we asked if it was a drill. Since I have mobility issues, walking down 6 flights of stairs was risky, and could have been avoided because it was actually a drill. Outdoor pool was to be open at noon, but was still being cleaned at 12:30, and we could not use. The outdoor pool was the reason I chose this hotel. The room was excellent.

This was such a fun atmosphere for our 3 night stay. Children and the craziness that comes with them was welcomed with open arms. The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing.

There was a guess who used her hands to deep into snacks made available for all guess during happy hours (two days in a role). She was also inappropriately dressed on one of those days. My spouse said something to the front desk about it on one of those occasions and it seems nothing was done to address the situation although the front desk staff acknowledged she was an issue.

Bad Service and Dirty Room

Unfortunately we experienced bad customer service and the room wasnt fully cleaned. I arrived very late that night with my family. Check out the next morning was at 11 AM. Starting at 10 AM, the hotel staff tried multiple times to enter into the room while we were preparing to leave. One of the times, my wife was getting dressed with my young daughters and they still opened the door! I tried to give the management team feedback, but was met with an unacceptable response. I guess this is part of their operational strategy? Confused and not coming back.

Unfortunately the suite was very musky. Not a smell you can spray away. The couch eminated the smell. The staff was very nice and facilities came to spray quickly but it didnt cut it. Downstairs has carpet. You can see how dirty the carpet it. Hilton needs to renovate asap and get rid of all carpet in the hotel. We cancelled the rest of out stay. Again, staff was very sweet and apologetic.

I usually have a great experience at this location as a diamond member. However, my shower was horrible. Brown water resembling sewer water came out of the shower head. The smell from the shower water made me vomit. I was unable to shower my first night after flying in from Atlanta.The hotel was booked, and the guest downstairs were very loud, could be heard above the volume of my Tv well past happy hour. Cars got broken into the last night of my stay. I was moved to another room which was clean. But overall, i wasn't happy and uncomfortable wanting a full refund due to other things that happened.

Pool was dirty, room was dirty, they allowed about fifty people to roam the halls, screaming, cursing, banging until 2:30 AM. No help or compensation despite speaking with multiple employees and emailing the manager. Do not recommend. Go to Dublin or another location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, and very accommodating to my children. The evening manager’s reception was the perfect welcome after a long drive! Room was very spacious and perfect for family. Kids loved the pool!
