I apologize for the smell in your room, by chance, did you mention anything to the desk about getting moved to another room?

The room cleaning service for staff was rigid causing the lady to knock on my door numerous times and waking me up. I finally said I don’t want service and she made me initial a paper. There wasn’t a do not disturb sign in my room. I do not believe customers should have to get involved with staff issues. Due to previous complaints. Find a way to communicate in advance like at checking time.

I apologize for the inconvenience that our staff caused you and that you did not have a do not disturb sign in your room, there are usually two in each room. The housekeeping staff wanted to make sure that your room got cleaned. Again, I apologize for the confusion.
