The carpets were dirty. The front desk staff was unfriendly and difficult to understand. Trash in the parking lot, condoms laying around in lawn. Loud obnoxious people twerking in the parking lot. Guests using loud profanity sitting out front. Room 122, smoke detector broken and hanging from ceiling. Loud noise from AC in corner closet. No do not disturb placards. Unexpected $50 deposit upon check in yet to be refunded. Next time when looking for a place in Columbus, I will not choose this hotel.

The photos of this property were photoshopped and very misleading. The place was flat out gross! The carpets were stained and we would not walk around without socks; the “comforter” has dirt stains on it looked dingy. Our room had 4 people and they only provided us 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloths for 4 people. The beds were uncomfortable we didn’t sleep at all and the breakfast room was a mess!! The counters had waffle mix all over, there was one very small pan of scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. I’m still trying to figure out how to get my money back!!

No towels in bathroom, had to get from front desk and they never brought up a bath Matt which I requested 4x. No towels in pool area. Carpets were dirty. Bed was comfortable. I left a necklace in room by accident when I went swimming. Called front desk 1/2 after I left and asked for housekeeping to look for it. Of course they said it wasn’t there. Breakfast area was neglected

You get what you pay for.

The bed frame was either broken or damaged, it was very angled. The ac unit made a weird loud noise what woke us up in the night. Breakfast was severely lacking.

Not the cleanest hotel, but ok for one night

The rooms felt a little dirty. Their airport “shuttle” is a Lyft driver. The rooms could use some updating. The leather desk chair Had holes in it, the carpet had stains, the coffee maker looked dusty, no soap was provided. It was fine for one night near the airport and about what we expected for the price. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The continental breakfast was average. You must eat it in the cafe and can’t bring food to your room.

The room was not cleaned when we checked in. We clearly made reservations for 3 and there were 2 towels, no soap & luckily i brought sanitizer. There was hair in the tub & in the sink. The beds & pillows were extremely used & need replaced badly. The carpet in the room smelled moldy & i cant imagine have been cleaned. We had to sleep with the window cracked open for fresh air as the ac just wasnt doing it. The area seemed very unsafe. I would not be comfortable with small children around. Overall the staff was very polite & friendly but the hotel needs work.

The room was clean. They ran out of towels and washcloths on our second night and provided the towel that usually is used to step out of the bathtub for a bath towel. Toiletries were limited. Half of the exercise equipment was broken.
