We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it wasn’t the best but in a year it has gone totally downhill. Lets start with the arrival I reserved a room that was pet friendly and when checking in the girl acted totally surprised that I had a dog (In his service vest) She immediately said you have to pay a deposit I explained he was a registered service dog for my disabled veteran husband..:.she wanted proof ok that’s fine I will go grab his card. Once we got to the room it reeked of weed (majority of the hotel did) the carpets were filthy and we didn’t have enough towels and wash clothes for the 3 people in the room for 1 night let alone 3 days since they only service the rooms that offen. When going to shower the tub didn’t drain and the wash clothes were makeup stained. I went and asked for more and that was a total inconvenience for the desk clerk to get. Now let’s go to the morning we are leaving (2nights we stayed) 7:45 AM I took my dog out police had been through the lot and by the time I got back in my room I look out at the police looking at my truck, we go back down and someone had busted out my truck window. I would never recommend this hotel let alone we will NEVER stay there again. I’m absolutely disgusted that this is how my weekend coming for a horse show went.

The carpet was very dirty and feel it needs to be updated or replaced . The web site pic and the actually building don’t match. The sign says Raddison on the web site but it’s not on the building so we were looking for the Raddison sign. Didn’t think the room was very clean. Marks on the(water) on the side table by the bed and the support for the bed frame was sticking out making it something a person could get hurt on!

The room was disgusting. It was dirty. The floors were covered in stains, the toilet seat was broken, only having one bolt so I fell off the toilet when I needed to sit down, the towels were dirty, the toilet paper roll was half used, the Kleenex box was under the sink plumbing and empty, and the room smelled like marijuana. The gym could not be accessed due to broken lock and the attendant at the front said he could not let us in. Coffee ran out and was not refilled. Sign stated you will be charged 50 dollars if you bring any food from breakfast to your room- so I could not even grab a yogurt to bring to my room. It was the worst hotel experience i have ever had.

It was dirty carpet in the room and it smelled musty, toilet did not work in the first room so they moved us to another one that was just as musty/ dirty as previous room, breakfast was crusty gnats everywhere and people with their animals paws all over the tables we eat at

The bed sheets were dirty, the shower would not drain properly, the shower curtain was also dirty. House keeping did not stop by and/or knock they would skip our room. We the room constantly smelled like cigarettes/ weed without us being the cause.

I had to kill 3 flies in my room. One of them was on my face when I woke up. The shower curtains also had mold and the floors have questionable stains. Thank god I brought wipes myself to do a thorough clean.

We arrived at the hotel and we were informed the room we booked was sold out (king suite). The front desk help was very soft spoken and I could barely understand what she was saying. She told me they had to downgrade me to a room with two twin beds and I would not be getting reimbursed for the difference in the cost of the rooms, because they over sold out their rooms. Im not sure if this is their way to get people to pay more for rooms, or what but seemed very scamy. She was not helpful but we were tired and we were not going to fight with her about it and went up to our room. The room was dirty and smelled. There was hair in the shower and sink, dirt all over the floor, and not all the lights in our room worked. To say I disappointed at the experience I had is an understatement. I travel often and will not be using this hotel again.

Alright...

We just needed a simple place to spend the night, and this place got the job done... missing towels/washcloths and bedding for the sleeper sofa which resulted in 2 trips down to the front. Our room was very warm and humid, but the thermostat was in Celsius, so the temperature was difficult to adjust.. the signs on the door about removing hoods and masks before entering were a little sketchy.

Ugh. Just ugh.

As soon as we walked in the entire Lobby smelled like a dirty poopy baby diaper. We waited at the front desk for about 5 minutes before someone came up. We got to our room and were immediately hit by the stench of a dirty cat litter box. Breakfast was horrendous. Toaster only had one workable slot because the handle on the other slot was broken. They're juice machine was broken so there was no available beverages. No water or coffee or tea here at all. They have a jug full of what looks to be old milk in it but it's more of a picture and not a jug. They had apples which were covered with dried waffle syrup and batter even though the waffles are about 2 and 1/2 feet from the apples. There is dried food and dried stuff all over every single thing in the kitchen area. Your choices of food were potatoes sausages that are stewing in some liquid a bagel some toast a couple very old danishes that as you can see in the picture were surrounded by whatever that stuff is and waffles. They had yogurt LOL I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are really looking for a cheap day. They also don't give you conditioner only shampoo, a bar of soap, and lotion.

My wife and I stayed this past weekend in Columbus for a college football game. The hotel was not clean. The main entry had stairs to the second floor. There was dirt and debris all the way up. The room was clean, however some table lights had I bulb space empty. Multiple class of bulbs, etc. The bathroom only had 1 set of towels and the tub should have been replaced. The TV channel selection did not include the local channels, and no channel guide was available. We were told the channels were different than all other channels 201 etc. for local (ABC,CBS, etc.). Using the suggested numbers did not get you to the channels. Also, the “guide” on the TV had no coordination to what channel was accessed by entering the guide channel. The final room issue was the darkening curtain next to the bed did not close enough to darken the room. On checking out my wife used the public restroom that was dirty and the soap dispenser was empty. All for $337.

Rooms are cleaned every 3 days, which I was okay with, but then you need to leave supplies for 3 days. We had 1/2 roll of toilet paper, coffee for one cup for 1 day. Had to go to front desk each day to get what we needed. In addition, breakfast closed early one day, and the next was almost completely out of food with 1/2 hour left. Weve had great stays at other Country Inns, but we wont be visiting this one again.
