They cut corners at every opportunity, water pressure and temperature is lame, TV channels don't even include local ABC, CBS, NBC affiliates, place is unclean, food served in breakfast room old and moldy. Housekeeping somewhat non-existent, they don't even make the bed up. I took photos but there doesn't seem to be any place they can be posted.

The property was very clean and updated. It was alittle loud at night being so close to the airport but not horrible. I was surprised there wasn’t two elevators and it seemed short staffed but otherwise really great stay. Comfortable and clean and the workers there were friendly.

Pros: The room was spacious. The staff is quick to resolve issues. Handicapped bathtub is great. Parking lot is good. The property was clean. Staff is courteous and professional. Breakfast was ok. Cons: There is only one elevator. There doesn't seem to be a good quality control before reserving rooms. My refrigerator wasn't working and the reason for that is because it wasn't plugged in. There aren't much staff so if the person at the front desk is helping someone in another room, you will need to wait.

Barely OK. Stayed one night before catching an early flight. A few minor things were broken in the room and common areas weren’t super clean. The room was clean and the bed was fine. The room above me was making racket for a couple hours, so I asked to move rooms. The staff was pleasant and moved my room. Huge improvement

A shame about the airplanes
Planes take off and land directly over the hotel from as early as 6 am to as late as 11pm. There isn't much of a breakfast. The rooms are clean but I could hear doors slamming and activity in neighboring rooms all day and into the night. I had to sleep with earplugs. If you want access to central Columbus, just stay in central Columbus instead of here. There's no need to stay by the airport. It's easy to get to the airport from anywhere in metro Columbus.

Handicapped designations misleading.
Our stay was very enjoyable, happy with most everything. However handicapped shower did not meet my needs. Bench was too low and shower head too high. Bottom of tub was very slippery. Was still a step-over bathtub, not roll-in shower as per usual. Handicapped designations seemed misleading to me.

It's a very clean & large room for just a nights stay, appreciate the cleaning care process of the room & hallway _& stairwells smelled like weed incredibly strong & were dirty in appearance with stains..etc..but it was one of the most quiet & private stays I've ever had anywhere & plan on returning!
