I booked for my Mom and she is having a nice time! She seems to think everything is wonderful thus far. They still have breakfast to do but dinner was enjoyable and the place had been beautiful! Staff must be pretty good or she would be raising cane at me for having booked with them.

A wonderful historical property. Love the French Art Deco design although the carpets need to replaced. The room was impeccably clean and the front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The bar and restaurant was amazing with 30 ft ceilings that I couldn't help but just to sit and stare at. I'll certainly book again next time I'm in town.

Mets in town to face the Reds

Stayed for the weekend series between the Cincinnati Reds and my New York Mets. Hilton is a easy walking distance to the ballpark. Found it to be a charming historic hotel with wonderful staff. Very nice trip!

1920’s Elegance Personified.

Love the art deco 1920’s beauty of this hotel. All staff is helpful and professional. Each stay harkens back to a nostalgic time as the shops within the hotel area have an “old time” look even many are closed now. The room of mirrors on the 3rd floor is beautiful.

The breakfast was really good at restaurant. The room wasn’t too bad but the shower was awful. The water took atleast 15 min to get where it was even semi warm enough to quickly rinse off and the water was literally drizzling down. There was no pressure at all.

The air-conditioner made a very loud noise that made it difficult to sleep while in use, one of the staff at the front desk said “I was beginning to ask for too much” when I asked for a pen and a piece of paper I needed to write a note—I simply replied “I wouldn’t be asking if it would’ve been in the room. However, what’s positive is that housekeeping found my wallet and turned it into the security team which they placed into their vault when I misplaced my wallet.

When we first checked in there were 3 women having a conversation. At first they didn’t even acknowledge us standing there & then the one said we’ll be with you in a minute. We thought it was rude that they didn’t put us first & thought their conversation was more important than their customers. It was okay for us to wait instead of letting their associates know they will continue the conversation after their customers have been taken care of.
