The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. The food was excellent and the staff in the restaurant could explain to the point the items on the menu that we had questions about. We will dine there again. All in all this will be a place we will stay again.

Around the block from Cleveland Clinic where I was taking my wife. DID NOT LIKE THE $10,00 CHARGE FOR PARKING.

For the price of the room there should have been a microwave and a larger refrigerator.

Unfortunately the wi-fi system was down during my stay and the front desk had to check everyone in the old fashioned way 'on paper' which delayed check in enormously--they were collecting credit card info on a list that was visible to all customers checking in which I didn't like for security reasons, no wifi for work purposes until the am of my stay--and at 10:30pm the evening of my stay I had people trying to enter my room stating they were just assigned my room by the front desk and of course no one was available at the front desk for me to talk to when I called--not what I expect for this price point.

Nice Hotel, convenient to Cleveland Clinic.

Staff was very accommodating. Desk clerk, cleaning crew and bell staff. Waitress in restaurant was amazing.
