The restaurant staff was working hard since they seemed to have just 1 waitperson at a time. I liked the gal at the front desk but she was alone so that doesn’t seem safe. The windows in our rooms were not soundproof from all the stadium traffic or the guests in the hallway! We won’t stay here again.

Our room was dirty on arrival. There was one girl at the front desk who was so sweet and kind and seemed to be great at her job but every other person was not. We were moved to a new room when the original was dirty but it was smaller and we were told the dirty one would be cleaned for the next day but it was not. We couldn't get to valet because of a cavs game that let out and were not made aware of that ahead of time.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious. They could improve their housekeeping by taking out the trash daily and leaving cups for water. WiFi does not work near the tables; you will only get good internet near the bed.
