Bought my husband tickets to a Guardians game for his birthday. I looked at hotels near the stadium and The Indigo is right down the street. We arrived a little early but the man at the desk checked us in, so we had a little time to freshen-up in the room. Then we walked across the street and grabbed a couple of burgers and beers, came back to the room to change clothes, and walked to the stadium. Our room was facing the back of the stadium and it was nice and clean and comfy. Slept great! The next day we had breakfast down in the restaurant, the service was great and the food delicious. Everyone at this hotel from the front desk to the valets were very efficient and friendly! My husband is already planning on returning for his next birthday!

Decent stay but great location.
There are pros and cons. For the pros the location is excellent. It’s near the hustle and bustle of all restaurants and town center. The best was clean and comfortable and the bathroom counter space was spacious. It is across from a parking lot. So no parking and only expensive valet parking available. As we arrived at the reception, the welcome was far from warm. Just some simple questions were met with disdain and loud responses. That is shocking because we have seen staff members of any service industry who are well trained in hospitality would never greet guests that way. That is quite a put off. The heating cooling unit in the room made Lou’s noises as it turned on and off to maintain temperature. Woke us up in the middle of the night each time it turned on. It is an old external unit and not a built in unit. As it is across from a parking lot and on a busy street, it will be loud. Not even drinking water was available in the room. Get your own. Very basic hotel but if you need a clean place to sleep with amenities at walking distance then this is the right choice.

Great hotel
An amazing hotel easy convenience of walking distance for Cavs game or guardians game so many bars and restaurants within walking distance. valet parking makes it an ease for your car, very clean and spacious rooms. Highly recommend.

What a steal!
We had a very nice stay. I ADORED the front desk woman. The rooms were very nice. It was a bit loud due to being right down town (car alarms going off, etc), but nothing crazy. Shower was a bit on meh side as the shelf was in the progress of breaking off, but nothing that would deter me from staying here again. We also had breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel; it was delicious, and the service was excellent. A great hotel for a great price right in the heart of downtown CLE.
