The location is superb. The room was worn out and maintained poorly. There was only one luggage cart which remained unavailable during check in with no bell service. It took three trips (we're old)to haul our luggage. The valet service was great.

We stay there every year at this time and occasionally during the year also. The staff is amazing, rooms are spacious and clean, and this year their help with a reservation change was above and beyond the call of duty. Can't recommend and higher.

We stayed one night to attend an event at Rocket Arena. Pros: room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Super quick walk to a Rocket Arena and Progressive field. Cons: No coffee in lobby and the drinks at the hotel bar are ridiculously expensive.

The room was nice and the hotel was clean. The noise was terrible. We heard every single person in the hallway like our door was open. My husband and i probably got 2 hours of sleep. The only reason i gave 3 stars was because it was freezing out and it was right across from Rocket Arena
