Mar 12, 2020

Great airline, will fly again.

Mar 10, 2020

Everything was good

Mar 8, 2020

Frontier Airlines is very confusing on the luggage and it is simply frustrating. A week ago I flew frontier with the same bag and same amount in it. Last week it was a bag I could put under my seat without fee, this weekend it was a bag we had to get out of boarding line and go to another gate to pay for carry on. I realize this is how Frontier is getting money for cheaper flights from consumers but they need to stop changing the rules week to week. By the way, same airport each weekend.

Mar 7, 2020

Feb 26, 2020

I am almost 75 and don't move well. ALthough I choose a flight with an hour layover from charlotte to cleveland I only had 18 minutes to get to my gate. THey did help me and give me a wheel chair since one was available.

  • Security personnel will ask to see your passport and boarding pass as part of their checks. Keep them in an accessible place, so they're ready for inspection.
  • Be aware that belts with metal buckles can set off the body scanner's alarms. If you're wearing one, you may be asked to step back and take it off before continuing.
  • Electronic items such as laptops, cameras and phones are always sent through the X-ray machine separately. Be sure they're easily accessible.
  • When you get to the security checkpoint, you'll be asked to put all liquids, gels and creams in a separate bin for scanning. Make sure they're all in containers smaller than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and sealed in a clear zip-lock bag.
  • Security personnel will likely tell you to take off your shoes for the body scanner. Pick a pair that slip off easily. There's nothing worse than having to do up your laces over and over again.
  • Pack any pocketknives or other pointy items inside your checked luggage. Security won't permit these on the plane.
