We enjoyed it a lot. Great, clean place with really good food and so much of it. The evening complete dinner every night was really great and it was nice not to have to go out and find a restaurant!! Big room and bathroom, great pool and hot tub. Super nice manager!!

Very nice room. Simple breakfast included as is a small dinner also at 5:30 and 3 drinks. Two restaurants a 5 minute walk away. A shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away. Downtown Cleveland will need a car or taxi. It was a great place to see the solar eclipse.

I stayed with a friend for 5 days. We had the king suite with separate bedroom. Our room was never cleaned. The housekeeper was rude and didn't seem to want to work. I told her on two days that we would be going out at 2PM and asked her to clean the room when we were gone. She didn't. I kept having trouble with the TV remote. The TV also did not have a schedule of channels, so to see what was on we had to channel-flip. Annoying and a waste of time.

Quiet and family friendly
Staff was very nice, pool and hot tub were big, the kick back hour was very full and they were out of food within 20 mins and just couldn’t keep up with how many people were there so that was a bit disappointing. Rooms were spacious and it was quiet… We would stay there again!
