This hotel was out of control. There were kids and adults both running the hallways, screaming, etc. I am not sure if there were several family reunions or what, but there seemed to be about 50 small groups of 6 all taking over the hotel. My family tried to use the pool in the evening. It was so crowded and out of control that my children decided to wait until later thinking most people and kids would leave. I called to the desk to ask what time the pool closed. I was told 10pm. When we went back about 9pm to the pool we were told it closed early and that it always closes early. We are a local family and took the kids for the night away for the sole reason that they could swim and have fun. Breakfast was awful! Again, kids and adults running around screaming. All these obnoxious guests smelled of pot and many spent time out in their vehicles with windows open smoking. Will never go back with this type of customer base.

I apologize we were unable to exceed your expectations. We do our best to control the amount of people in the pool area as well as the children moving throughout the hotel. Our weekends are busy which we are thankful for. Again we are always adjusting staff to accommodate the business.

The suite was okay, just smelled a little moldy. I also, didn't like the fact that when I inquired about my receipt at check out, I was given a run around. Not sure why, I didnt have the this problem before. When I called about the charges, the account manager was extremely rude, yelling and talking over me. I kept trying to explain my concerns and she would not listen. Then hung up on me.

It was ok for the most part, pool wasn’t accessible till around 7 pm but other than that it was great

When I got to check in and it was only one person checking in then when I got to my room several things was all broke chip and scratch when I got to the pool there was no pool towels so I had to walk up stairs dripping with I called for pool tiles 3 times they never came when breakfastime came I had to pass up two to three tables to find a clean one very dissatisfied

very sorry about the pool towels and lack thereof. We will stay on this more consistently. Typically breakfast is our highest scoring area on any survey or review. Very dissatisfied with the staff, I lost personal belongings called back for several days and left call back info and numbers never received a call from the Management.
