I’ve ask for my money back soon as I get there and goes to the room it was so nasty then had a plastic bag in the detector they had roaches stinks so bad the bedding was so gross I didn’t stay I left I feel like they should test that place down and rebuild it I want my refund back now no one should feel like that in that nastie place I felt like I was outside in abandon building ugh the carpet shower toliet everything about that place was nastie

There are 2 elevators and only one was working. So going up-and-down took a lot longer, and we were also told we could use the service elevators, which ended up being an inconvenience for the workers because they would be packed with guests. We got there on a Thursday, and we ran into people who had been there since Sunday and said that the elevator was broken since then. So it took a long time for them to get them fixed. I understand that may not be in their control. But it was less than adequate when you consider there are 18 floors. The bathroom in our room was gross. There were what looked like bloodstains on the bathroom floor outside of the bathtub, as if someone had their period and the blood dripped on the floor and overall the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a long time. The bathtub had mold on the grout water dripped the entire time in the bathtub, and the bathtub was stained like rust. The hand towel rack fell off the wall when my husband went to dry his hands. The hallway was very dark and dingy. This hotel could definitely use a lot of updating. It was just an average hotel, and for some reason, I thought we were getting something better than this. Most of the staff was nice, and when we told them the issues that we had they decreased our bill. However, if I went back to that area, I would not stay there again. I would probably go across to the Courtyard where my brother and his family stayed, and they said it was, it's nice.

My stay wasn’t great and as not how I had in mind. I thought Radisson hotel is one of the best hotel but I guess I was wrong. It is just a basic hotel. Not worth the money I paid for the rooms.

We choose the hotel for the 2 restaurants they had, and the photos were nice looking, since it was more expensive I expected more. One restaurant was only open for brunch and the other was not at restaurant at all. Room had Dirty Kleenex’s under/side of the bed, none of the outlets worked a TRUE scam for the breakfast I’ve had other breakfast items better in a continental breakfast and it was $15 per person for scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cold French toast triangles. Drinks were $5 each. It was $60 for three of us to eat and within 20 mins two of the adults were sick the rest of the day.

The property itself was nice but the hotel could use some upgrades. My bathroom in my room smelled like old throw up, 2 lamps in the room didn't work, the tv needs to be mounted on a movable mount. The balcony looks a lot bigger than it actually is, not very comfy to go out on the 13th floor when it's that small. The large gaps under the door limits privacy. Aso, every door slams closed and with that gap under the door, you hear everything throughout the night. The elevators down button was broken and the actual elevators sounded like they needed serviced. Also was charged a $50 deposit at hotel, that instead of holding, they actually charged and said it would be refunded within 3-7 days.

Staff was excellent. Room was as expected, so no complaints there. My only complaint: no cameras where we parked. Being underground, I would have expected a plethora of cameras. I did see an anti human trafficking sign, so I guess maybe that's what "deterred any criminal activity" that would have been out of sight, out of mind; otherwise.
