One staff member was not helpful. He was just odd. Said his computer could not check me in and asked me To give my credit card info on a piece of paper. I said no. He just stared at me. Girl at desk next to him got me checked in right away with no problem. She was nice. No idea if that was a scam attempt? Property itself didn’t seem very inviting. Very sterile, industrial, cold. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. But don’t think we will be back / not our vibe. No cozy gathering spaces to chat etc.

The Summit is Legit
We enjoyed our stay with comfort and ease. The Summit is a beautiful modern hotel with nice amenities. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with our room, to which the front desk quickly responded to and switched our room. We’ll definitely be back!
