Large rooms with small kitchen area, very comfortable bed, very friendly and accommodating staff. Right next to Kenwood Mall, so very easy to move around. It’s a very good value for the cost & comfortable. Breakfast was standard but pretty good. I stayed 5 nights and would do it again.

When I checked in, the person acted very inconvenienced and generally displeased to even be working there. I got to the room. The doors are thin and rattle, and you can hear everything happening in the hallway. The room was dirty and gross. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. There was holes in the walls and stains on almost every surface. I stayed on a Saturday night and at 1 AM. Some guy was screaming up the hallway about a hooker. And the room right across from me there was a fight that broke out around 4 AM making it impossible to be asleep.

The area was nice, close to shopping and restaurants. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious, kitchenette with a full sized fridge. Water pressure was good and shower water was hot. The bed seemed clean however there was a dirty bandaid when I pulled the covers down. Didn’t really take advantage of breakfast but people seemed to be enjoying it.

Should be better.

Pleasant staff...house keeping very basic and had to be requested daily. Kitchen sink not usable as the faucets leaked on the counter top. Floors not clean, carpet never vacuumed during a 4 week stay. Overall cleanliness was lacking.
