Needs Work

This is an old hotel that they must be trying to get a few more years out of. Generally I have liked Hamptons, but not this one. There was a very large hole in the parking area. There were no shades for a section of the window. Not enough lights, plugs and sockets. Will not go back.

t was disappointed our room was not cleaned as we headed out for the day we did see the cleaning crew on our floor, at check out I learned I needed to request a cleaning or towels as we had a short visit I do wish I was told this information at check in instead

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The carpet in the hallways was dirty and probably needs to be replaced. Bathroom very large and it would have been better to have it be smaller and the bedroom space larger.

The room was clean, but no shower gel in the shower and the light between the bed was hanging loose. The light was fixed after I reported it while we were gone during the day. Friendly staff.
