Valet & bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room didn’t have hot water for 2 days and the water pressure was very weak. Even after speaking with the front desk and sending someone up to repair, it was still poor.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely tentative. The restaurant had amazing food that can be charged to your room. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Parking location is confusing; go valet.

Short business trip
When we were checking in, the hospitality was great. The room was spacious. We did notice a brown spot on the blanket. Overall stay was great. Where we stayed was next to the elevator, and we can hear everyone coming in and out. But all the guest have been really respectful, so it’s quiet and peaceful.
