The parking area is incredible and I was able to place my vehicle under the portrait matching the room I was staying in. If you’re familiar with Cincinnati and you’re aware of what part of town you are staying in this is a fantastic location within easy walking distance of downtown on a pleasant day. The Symphony is an eclectic urban hotel with decorations and furnishings to match. We loved our third floor room, though my wife was glad we weren’t staying there too many nights in a row given the stairs. Check in and check out was very personable and easy. I would definitely stay again and would like to return some evening when the restaurant is open

Great location but property needs upkeep. Staff unavailable except via phone. We saw on web, I think that parking is free but it costs $25 a night at a nearby garage. Free breakfast was not much—coffee lukewarm and few options. Only yogurt for gluten free option. Wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed here to attend a concert at TQL Stadium. Was very happy with the entire stay. Great location walkable to the stadium and bars/restaurants. The hotel was perfect and classic, with live music on the evening that we stayed. The parking garage is private and less than a block away. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Tucked away in the heart of OTR, this property is a true hidden gem. It's the perfect escape for a unique and romantic getaway right in the city. The staff and innkeepers are wonderfully attentive and truly make you feel at home. An absolute highlight is the authentic Italian restaurant on-site, with a warm ambiance and food that feels like a genuine taste of Italy—not the usual chain fare. It's an absolute must-visit.!!!

Security issues: There was a inch or more gap under my door--within view of my bed. Anyone could easily put their phone under my door and watch me in my bed. The only lock on my door was the one on the door knob. No dead bolt, no chain. As a single woman I did not feel like safety was a priority. There were shades on the windows so I woke up early because of light. For these reasons I probably wouldn't stay there again. The staff was great and helpful. Great, fun, walkable area.

The Symphony Hotel is a few minutes’ walk from various arts venues, and its musical ambiance—classical in theme, live jazz in the evenings—sets the tone perfectly for those in town for a concert or play or exhibit. The staff are exceedingly helpful, the rooms and restaurant are richly appointed and squeaky clean, and the whole experience is carried off with panache.

The property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. The dedicated parking garage was a great feature and even has chandeliers in it! My only issue wasn't with the hotel, it was trying to drive around the area. I suggest parking you car in the beautiful parking garage for your stay then walk or take public transportation (very convenient). This property is a must stay!!!

A really nice, small, and convenient hotel for the Music Hall and Vine Street. A few minor issues (a squeaky old bed, no shampoo in the shampoo holder, basic free breakfast, and quite expensive), but overall, a great place to stay. There is no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs. Great chandeliers in the parking garage.

This is a small intimate hotel. They have an off site parking garage. I didn’t eat at their restaurant but it is fine dining area. They have a small bar and certain days of the week have a small jazz band. The overall atmosphere is cozy. They don’t have a big staff so you have to text the staff and they will respond to you. It’s sorta like going to your relatives house. Not quite a bed and breakfast but close to it.
