This hotel unfortunately was a dump. Old, stained carpets and worn out furnishings. Very "UnHilton-Like".

The bldg represented an old Hollywood vibe, i liked that. I wasn't a fan of the proximity of the shower glass door and the toilet. This location has six elevators with four working. Inside the elevator was a stacked room key reader for Hampton and Homewood Suites, the reader's proximity to each other created confusion for residents to get to their respective floor.

We had a great visit overall! Was bummed out there was no pool or in house bar ! But the suite was very nice and clean !

the staff member we tried to talk to read very rude and not concerned with what we were saying: sour room went clean. there was stuff on the bathroom toilet, dust over the phone and end tables.. so they couldn’t have been cleaned off. For the price we paid for the room we were very in satisfied

As soon as you got off elevator on 8th floor it smelled like cigarette smoke and weed - very strong even with mask on. Our room had trash in bathroom garbage, seal on door was broken already, dishwasher was running, sink was clogged. When we turned the vent on, it made the room smell even worse of weed/smoke. And the worst part, there were 4 acne patches stuck to the side of the night stand. My daughter about threw up. After going to front desk - which there was only 1 person running both hotels' desks (with a packed lobby) - she said she didn't have any other rooms available and she could only comp the room when her manager COMES IN! He wasn't even there. She did tell me 5 housekeepers walked out that day!! I checked in the morning to be sure my room was being comped - the lady assured me it was. Well you guessed it, IT WASN'T! I was charged an add'l incidental fee (since I used debit card); AND they charged this fee TWICE!! Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for this to be refunded back onto my card!! I'll never stay here again. I felt so bad for Heather at the front desk. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

In the past 3yrs of visiting Cincinnati I'v always have recommended homewoodsuite to everyone to stay there and often bragged about the hotel how immaculate it was but this visit was very disappointing the floors were dirty the elevators had the same trash in it from checkin to checkout the room had just a very little toilet paper no extra rolls available but ran out that morning thank god we didn't have to really use it the heat come on it was very loud you couldn't sleep. Overall the staff wasn't bubbly and acted like they really didn't wanted to be there . I don't know if it was because of the pandemic but in my opinion the interior up keep has went down. Really liked location but the parking deck doesn’t have an entrance to the hotel. You have to walk diwn very dark alley to get to hotel. Very dangerous!!!!
