Our stay at Springhill Suites by Marriott Midtown Cincinnati was excellent with a minor issue and a potentially major one. 1. Our room was excellent, with the exception that the bathroom trash was not emptied before our arrival. 2. The pool was nice and relaxing but we noticed that the top step of the ladder out of the pool was broken. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing time at Springhill Suites by Marriott Midtown Cincinnati !

Nice place but a vouple maintenance things
Room smelled wonderful when I opened the door. Carpet was a little sticky in a couple places so I wore shoes. The TV remote needed new batteries so it was slow to react. When the air was on, there was a panel by the wardrobe that rattled terribly. Just needs tightened. Great location, id stay again.

Our checkin was great but we needed Our tv remote fixed and the front desk person was less than personable and on the phone with a personal call. Parking was ample so not sure why they charge for it… just add into Room Cost. Housekeeping was beyond friendly.
