The room we checked into was not cleaned properly. Our original room complimented the outdated hotel vwey well. There were clracjs in the floor stains on rhe carpet, furthermore the bedskirt on the bed needed to be replaced. The stains put you in the mind frame of semen which made it difficult to get comfortable. The desk chair was broken. However,when i went down to explain the uncleanliness and my uncomfortable feelings. The receptionist offered us a "better" room. Which seemed to be a bit more clean, yet it wa still not what was depicted in the photos. It seems as if they are doing a partial renovation.

At check in I asked to check the rooms first and the rooms had bed bugs so we asked to cancel and get refund they assured us that the refund would be issued but at this time it has not been refunded. I have pictures of the bed bugs.

Property did not seem to be in safe location. Anytime we went to our car in the parking ramp, there were people sitting in running cars just hanging out. The ice machines were broke on numerous floors. The lobby smelled like smoke It just was not a well kept place.

The staff was friendly but the hotel was old and decrepit. We walked into our room and back out and asked for a refund. The plaster was cracking in the bathroom and it looked like it had about 13 layers of repairs on it. The elevators were janky, the parking was atrocious and it was not in a nice area of town. I can’t believe they wanted to charge us $150! We completely changed our plans for the night just so we wouldn’t have to stay there. Book anywhere else but here.

This property was close to the downtown Cincinnati area, conveniently located near all of our destinations spots. However, I paid an extremely inflated price expecting amenities to match. The overall surroundings were subpar; a community of homeless people were a mere block away from this location. People were lingering in the nearby bushes. The parking was not accommodating and we were made to park in the basement level of the facility where to say the least was dark, dank, and nearly flooding with puddles of water. The staff members seemed very robotic and unhappy and I barely got serviced if I weren't the first to make an introduction. The website mentioned a rooftop bar and continental breakfast and both were unavailable during our stay. The rooms were average and the walls were thin. The conversations made by other patrons were very distinctive and clear. The ceiling in our room was cracking and almost looked to be damaged or close to caving in. Ultimately, I paid over $200 for a place to sleep when I would have much rather took the drive home.
