The fully equipped kitchen suite was nice! Some of the overall appearance seems outdated and a bit run down to the eye. The thermostat took some adjusting to figure out. The degree numbers on the thermostat didn't move, but after a few hours the room eventually felt cold. The staff were nice and helpful. This wouldn't be a favorite hotel, but it was clean and safe enough that I would stay again if my top 2 choices were already taken.

The room had a sour smell but it looked clean and nice. We had to keep the AC fan on all night which is noisy to prevent the sensor lighting to come on in every room while we were sleeping. The hallway carpet was very dirty and the halls were dim and gloomy. other guests down the hall were loud keeping their doors open yelling and playing loud music until midnight. I booked a month ago and the option “pay at property” is listed. Drove hours to the hotel and a hour away I get a call that my reservation is canceled because they tried to charge my card. I asked why my card was trying to be charged when I’m paying once I make it and the rude clerk stated that she didn’t know why I thought I could pay at the property when that’s not “a thing”.

This property was awful. I couldn’t even stay one night out of what was supposed to be a three night stay. I left and found a different property down the street. It felt old, run down and dirty. It had a weird smell to it. The walls are paper thin. Ppl next to me were blasting music, when I called down to the desk to ask them to turn it down it got worse. I’d rather have slept in my car.
