Smooth check in, accommodated a connecting room for us, always enjoy the breakfast, dinner and drinks included. Pool area was clean. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff was patient and accommodating to all the large groups and families hanging in the common areas. Cracker Barrel next door and other restaurants within few miles.

I would love to have given 5 stars as the staff was remarkable, the kickback and breakfast were good and the upgrade was nice. However, cleanliness for me is important. In the bathroom there was long black hair all over the shower curtain and tub. The bathmat was stained. It is hard to overlook these items so I couldn't give 5 stars. Kudos to Marcus at the front desk - very friendly and helpful.
