Only one elevator was working which caused ridiculous wait times. I had to take the stairs every time I had to leave or came back- even on the day of checkout we had to take the stairs with all our luggage! The cleaning staff left a nasty towel on the “clean” made up bed. Very disappointing especially after the last time I was supposed to stay here and they had no electricity.

Some of the staff was great. Some of the staff not so great. Food was excellent. They need more porters and room cleaners. One of the elevators was down so people used the stairwell which looked like it has never been cleaned.
