In addition to friendly service, we are known for our super clean rooms and we are embarrassed that we disappointed you. About the room cleaning, we offer bi-weekly housekeeping for guests staying more than seven nights. This allows us to provide the best value possible for our guests so that they customize their stay just the way they would like and pay for the amenities they want to use, like more frequent housekeeping. If you would prefer more frequent cleaning, just ask at the front desk. There is an additional charge but we’re happy to provide the service.
