I had a reservation made through Expedia weeks ahead of date needed. When i arrived at 5p to check in, my room was a nasty mess. I had to wait an additional hour for someone to come in and half clean my room. Staff was rude and was not willing to make other accommodations

The front desk lady was very rude asked for a receipt for my incidentals and was told they don't do that and since I already have a cheap rate on my room it shouldn't matter which is rude how do you tell a paying customer regardless of how much they pay for a room that became it's cheap you can't have a receipt also how you gon say you have breakfast and it's nothing but bread to make toast and two different types of cereal I will not be returning different kinds of toa

My room had ants all over the ceiling and floor there was little brown bugs on the floor. All bedding was dirty and had stains. One of my pillows had an eyelash stuck to it.

The customer service was just okay, it was a clean enough hotel to sleep in but not necessarily to spend all day in. No real amenities other than breakfast but we weren’t really enticed to try it. Room seemed to be cleaned half way, hair under the toilet that was not mine, toilet seat that wasn’t secured to the toilet. Then there were things like the quality of the toilet paper, which was so thin it with disintegrate as you wiped. Also, we didn’t have a do not disturb sign so one morning we were awakened by loud knocks. It was unpleasant. Not sure what the protocol is for when someone doesn’t answer the door, but I would think they’d either open the door or just leave it alone. Oh and my brother, who I traveled with, just told me he saw bugs. One in his bed, one running across the floor, and a dead one by the window. Overall 1/5. Would not go back.

There was no shower head in the shower, just the pipe sticking out. There was no coffee pot or coffee/cups, no tv remote, no alarm clock. The room also had a smell to it and had to buy air freshner. Also the plug to the AC was barely plugged in because the outlet is on the ground with hardly any space for the cord, fire hazzard in my opinion. We will not be back to this location

Terrible Hotel

This is such a poorly run hotel I dont know where to begin. The first night I realized the air conditioner leaked water through the floor. Then I see that there is no battery in the smoke detector. The bathtub did not drain the water during showers. It is clear that no maintenance goes into this facility. The worst part was the hotel allowing this property to become a party ground. There were large groups of people drinking and doing drugs at every entrance and exit. Music loud enough to rattle my truck windows. At one point after working all day I was afraid to go back to my room because of the yelling and fighting in the hallways. I feared for my safety the entire stay.
