This property and room were horribly filthy - bed sagged, fly paper hanging everywhere, nothing worked, people running down the hall screaming and cursing. will never stay at a Days Inn again.

Indian staff all speak very well english and happy to help. Rooms and hallways show previous use such as scuffs on walls but has been cleaned throughly. Heat works well and the bed and couch are comfy. 9/10

Worst hotel stay ever! I expected more from Days Inn but I was expecting too much. The check in was done very fast, I was not asked for ID or copy of my credit card. The room that was given to us was a smoking room which I don't think I asked for since my family has bad allergies and I have lung problems. The room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that my 5 year old complained. There was no phone in the room so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. The clerk informed me that I had asked for a smoking room and that Travelocity had messed up. She informed me that she could not change my room, but when I told her of my family health issues she was able to change the room. The second room was a NON-SMOKING room (yea!). Pros: Non Smoking Mini fridge Cons: Air Conditioner was not consistent, it blew hot and cold air. Bath tub was peeling and had rust spots. I would not let my kids (5yrs & 2 yrs) take a bath or shower. The toilet tissue dispenser and towel rack was broken with the pieces on the back of the toilet bowl The sink had cracks which they tried to cover with putty. The sink was held up by wood The bathroom door had a hole in it. Looked like someone put a fist through it. No microwave Had to go to the front desk to have them give us ice. Nice little hike from our room to the front desk. I have stayed at other Days Inn but I can gurantee that I won't stay at this one again. Don't believe the pictures that they have on their website.

Do not book a room here.

Pros: There is nothing.
Cons: need to inprove in everything
Location: I don't know about the location, it was dark.
it won't let me post the real problem so lets just say there were little creatures in the bed.

It was not consistent with what they advertised.

they had a outside pool that was not opened, then they tried to charge me for the continental breakfast. They said $3 a person. Which was suppose to be included and then tried to say unneeded to pay twice for my two little dogs. Just all about Terriable service and stay.

Avoid this hotel. You deserve better.

Pros: Not much. The price. The location was convenient to our trip destinations.
Cons: Facility needs to be cleaned and renovated. Towels and washcloths need to be thrown away and replaced. Staff must be trained in customer service.
Location: We did not explore the area much. The Mad Frog is a cool venue for concerts.
Two stars is too high of a rating for this place. I honestly would avoid this hotel until they make some changes. The low price may be appealing, but it is not worth the conditions you will have to endure. Like most people have mentioned, the hotel is run down. Paint chipping, old dated carpeting and fixtures, just generally worn down and in ill-repair. The first thing I noticed is that most of the staff seems upset to be there. They are a bit rude and act as though you are an inconvenience to their day. Walking up to our room, there was a smell. It was a mixture of illicit drugs (or a rogue skunk), tropical air freshener spray, and Indian spices. Very strong in the halls, and in our room as well. It never left during our stay. Entering our room and getting settled, we started noticing the cleanliness. Two of our pillows had dark red spots like blood stains. The washcloths looked like someone had rubbed their dirty fingers on it... dark black/brown finger sized spots, and two of the towels had yellow stains on them. I asked for clean washcloths, two new pillows, and clean towels. A woman showed up. She knocked on the door. I got up to walk to the door. She immediately knocked again and yelled "please open the door." She was holding a washcloth. I tried handing her the dirty items, but she would not take them. I told her she had to take them, they were dirty. She hesitated then finally took them. I told her I also needed towels and two new pillows please
