We checked in and first thing was there were no batteries in the remote. It took 2 1/2 hours to get them. There was no hair dryer or alarm clock. The next day there was no room service done at all. Very disappointing. I probably will not stay here again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, over all the rooms are clean and everything else is nice. Our main complaint is the lighting in the room is always so dark! Even with every light and windows open. Also- it would be nice if breakfast was included. I like the restaurant option but I think the breakfast ends at 9:30

I was not impressed. My son could not get a blanet for his bed. The receptionist locked the pool early when he went down. Receptionist was rude when called. Not a place we will stay again.
