Horrible it took us literally 2 hours to wait in check out line all to get to the front of the line and be told I have to wait two more hours for a room to be cleaned as the day housekeeper didn’t clean rooms. The front desk staff was checking people in assigning you a room than they had to go clean the room. We was so exhausted we ended up cleaning our room ourselves to avoid waiting an additional two hours. No discount for the inconvenience nor was there any available rooms in the area to rebook as our room was completely paid for prior to check in . Such a disappointment. Only positive is the two staff at front desk was very nice and overworked.

upon entry of my room, I had to push with my shoulder to open the door being stuck and broken. the carpet was super dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the bed side lamp was laying on the floor and broken at the base if it wasn't as late as it was I would have for sure asked to chang rooms

Not a very good experience at this hotel. The first room we had had a very strange smell, the second room we had the phone was not working, it had a nest on the ceiling, not sure if it was a spider nest, a wasps nest or an ant hill, on top of this we asked for the room to be cleaned and put extra towels, it never happened. When I went to the front desk and asked for a Manager they said she was gone for the day, the assistant Manager came and asked what was going on, I explained to her and said that we had to put our name in order for the room to be cleaned, when I showed her the nest on the bathroom ceiling she then changed her tone, she gave us another room this would be the 3rd time but the bathroom was dirty we had to put a towel in the tub in order to take a shower. At check out time we asked again to see a Manager but no luck.

From beginning to end, our experience was awful. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but only stayed one because we couldn’t sleep there 2 nights. From uncleanliness to no blanket for our kids to use on the pull out to security not coming up to check on the people next to us who were fighting and cussing at 3:30am to the pool being closed because of repairs when nothing was told to us about that at check in. The whole rep smelled terrible. There were lines each time we went to the front desk of people complaining. We will never stay in another Wyndham hotel.

There is a distinct odor near room 427. The bathroom floor-sticky. There was no blanket or duvet on the bed. There were iil fitting sheets. When we asked over and over again for a blanket we were told: be right up and also on other occasions that there are none. The filter in the bathroom doesn’t function and is an excellent dust collector. The bathroom mirror had two burned out lights. This was not the room I reserved. Worst room ever. Get it together. Be better. Families go there and deserve to be respected more. The staff was inadequate.

I paid about $200 for a private room for a swimming pool. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there are no rooms. I waited about 45 minutes. I took the room. It is not opposite the pool and not clean. Unfortunately, knowing that I have young children. When I changed the room, the same thing is not clean, especially the floor with strange things and the covers look not new. That's not what I was looking for.

I am thankfully they did allow me to stay the night with out being charged for the night and then I left with out being charged my other nights. Staff was very professional and how they handled accommodating for the issues. Also you will have to wait for staff to be able to handle any of the issues that I had that I needed fixed immediately since I was with younger children and the chlorine and no ac caused me to have issues with burning in my eyes but again very professional staff in the front end and allowing no charge for the night.

Overall a nice experience. There were two issues with our room. The bathroom sink had its stopper sunken in and stuck. Next the AC was not working. I alerted the desk and they did fix it in a timely manner. So while it was mildly inconvenient at first they did a great job fixing the problems.
