Please check your room my bathroom my completely filthy. I had a used razor in the bathtub. I’m here in the drain. They had no other rooms available so I went out and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned and sanitized my room. The staff was rude and lazy. I’ve stayed here before with no issues but this past time completely disgusting

Did not offer airport shuttle as advertised and did not have enough pillows for each person in our party, we were told none were available. So my husband didn’t have a pillow to sleep on.

This property double charged me and when I contacted them they advised me that 1 of the 2 charges would drop off. This is crazy as I was fortunate enough to have the money to cover but if I didn't I would have been assessed an overdraft fee. Their no noise policy is a joke as sign states they have a strict no noise policy between the hours of 10 to 8. Sign says if you voilate you will be asked to leave. At 230 in the morning my husband and I were awoken by banging and loud music. We contacted the front desk to alert them of this and were advised a call would be placed to the guests to notify them. Music continued for at least another hr and finally stopped. I understand that a hotel cannot control the way a guest acts however if your going to post a no noise policy then it needs to be inforced.

Service was terrible redoing parking lot no where to park rooms were dirty I I had to clean and sanitize my entire room no house cleaning or clean towels would not stay here again
