Do not stay at this hotel! There are so many things wrong with this hotel it’s hard to list them. Beginning with the parking, the parking structure makes no sense and it’s difficult to get your bags into the hotel. Once in the room there were broken towel racks filthy carpet and unclean shower and floor. No one mentioned that there would be no housekeeping! We were there for six nights and our room was not cleaned once the garbage piled up and the towels we’re dirty. When we asked for the garbage to be collected and fresh towels we were promised that it would happen but it never did. Unfortunately we discovered that there was blood on the sheets on the pullout sofa after my daughter had slept in it. The hotel was disgusting. The hot breakfast was a joke, it was the same powdered eggs and nasty bacon and sausage every day that we were there. On our second to last day the water was shut off for several hours and no one told us why. I understand that post Covid employees are doing their very best and there was one employee at the front desk that truly seemed to care everyone else could care less about us or our needs. I have had a better experience at a Motel 6!!!

Make sure to call ahead prior to your arrival and attempt to book a pool time. We were not aware that due to COVID the swimming pool has restrictions on the number of people. By the time we got to the hotel and checked in all the pool times were taken.

I called front desk 4pm because my daughter needed pillows and blankets to sleep on sofa bed. However, while we were out, housekeeping left a bag with a bunch of towels instead of blankets and no pillows. When we found out what they left us I called back again. It was around 6pm. The second time they brought us bags, there were yet again more towels and no blankets. This time my husband went to front desk to complain. Finally at 9pm someone brought us some blankets. That was just one experience we had at this hotel. Don't even get me started on the pool, breakfast, or the bathroom experience in which had a broken shower curtain and sink. I would think twice before staying at this hotel.

The room and the hotel in general are very clean, our room was very specious and we had a great view! Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. We did run into a couple of issues though. The bucket for ice had mold in it. My husband took it to the lobby and the guy there was very nice, took the bucket and said a clean one will be delivered to our room. And it was, shortly, but the person who delivered it had an attitude and acted annoyed by the fact we requested it. The other issues we had that the vending machines had very stale chips. The expiration date was still a month away, but I couldn’t eat it. I can’t blame the hotel for it though. Overall, we would stay here again if we come to this area
