Great location and nice big rooms for a fair price. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks are a huge plus. Unfortunately we had a dripping ceiling right above the toilet so the wife had to use the bathroom in the lobby. We notified the staff and followed up a few hours later before they finally switched rooms for our last night.

The check in process has been easy, and the view from our room has been great as well. Family friendly and a little walking area behind us with the Reds and Bengals stadium just right across the river. We will be staying here again for sure.

I will never stay here again the rooms smelt like MOLD, the beds had hairs on the sheets, the shower n shower curtain was disgusting, the bathroom sink was busted, the faucet was busted, and the chairs in the living room was filthy…. When I showed the pictures to the check in clerk they apologized n carried me to two other rooms that was filthy and disgusting. Do not waste your money. This hotel needs a complete renovation.

No room at the Hotel
When I arrived the hotel didn't have my reservation. When I showed them my Hotels.com confirmation, they said it was canceled by phone on Jan 29. I tried to contact Hotels.com but the Virtual Agent kept saying that they were unable to help. I couldn't find a phone number to talk to anyone at Hotels.com. I walked next door to another hotel which could accommodate us. Hotels.com has been great over the years. I hope you can let me know what happened.

My family couldn't get out of there fast enough. Our stay was awful. Unprofessional staff, a room that had an offensive smell, a lobby that consistently reeked of marijauna, old hair in the shower, stains on the floors and ceiling, peeling wall paper, crusty furniture, etc.

Overall stay was okay: Cons: Upon arrival there was no ramp for the luggage cart to get from the parking garage to the elevator so we had to carry bags up stairs to the cart. Our room was the most disappointing part: it immediately smelled like a cross between stale smoke, pee and mildew and when we went to the lobby to discuss this we were told they would send someone up to fix it, their fix was scented Clorox spray which isn’t made for fabric. Carpets were stained, tv mount had sharp broken wood pieces in the corners, all curtains including shower were dingy and stained and service was mediocre; we had to call 3 times for new bed sheets and when they finally came, they were for the pull out couch not the bed, asked again and and they brought bed sheets to us to make our own bed which is not what you want to be doing on vacations. Pros: breakfast was good and included, pool was good for kids and most staff was very nice just not the most efficient.

Our room was beautiful, but it took over an hour for it to be ready after check in time, and the elevators would shake and sometimes not open so we chose to take the stairs which was difficult with an infant and small child. Our dinner was undercooked and made us ill.
