Friendly smooth check in the lady at the front desk was so helpful and nice Breakfast was delicious my only complaints is when i showered the tub would stop up with water had to shower in standing water and parking was tricky only can park on G4 to go straight to hotel

Really large, spacious rooms. Very dated building. Happy hour was great, bartender was awesome. Breakfast was OK, omelettes were great but slow. Rest of breakfast was just OK.

Upon entering our room each time, the room smelled like cat urine, why, I don’t know. The shower water was terrible and the overall bathroom could have used updating. Lastly, there was one woman bar tender that was evasive and rude and I never was able to get a glass of wine that evening.

We have often stayed next door but the embassy suites is my new go to place when in The area. Extremely friendly staff. Clean. Great plants and entire place was extremely well taken care of. The breakfast was amazing as a chef cooked custom omelets that were delicious. Rooms were amazing clean with separate tv viewing room with great couch and nice desk. You could do paperwork or watch tv in the middle of the night without disturbing your spouse. I love this place and spent an extra day to enjoy the area. Amazing view of the river be sure and request a riverside room.

I've stayed at this hotel several times always for the Flying Pig Marathon. It seems it has been going downhill. We had some dirty dishes just outside our room that stayed there for out entire stay (2 nights). There were several minor items broken in the room ... a couple I remember were the shower curtain rod, and the room door/frame was so deformed that was very hard to open and close without slamming it (both items should have been reported to management by the cleaning crews in my humble opinion. The front desk staff wasn't exactly very friendly so I didn't bother reporting anything. The very old thermostat didn't respond to our temperature change inputs. Not going back to this hotel.

First time staying at this hotel….. usually at the Marriott next door ….. when I arrived there was no one at the front desk for about 5-8 mins …. Many people waiting …. Received my room key however that room appeared to be occupied …. Received another room …. Shower had ONLY hot and Hotter water …scalding levels of hot !! Maint fixed it …. Bar service was extremely slow …30 plus min wait for sliders !! No concept of who was at rhe bar and in which order …. Had to ask for a menu twice and menus were limited ….. tried room service but no answer and the mail box was full ! They charge for parking $20 / day

The staff was amazing. Very friendly. My heat in the room never really worked. They fixed it but it still blew cold air. One morning the shower water wouldn’t heat up. It was warm but not hot. I didn’t tell staff as I had to leave early that morning.

Rooms were clean and hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking was not hard to figure out. They oversold our room type the first night, but they did find another room for us to stay in and compensated us for the inconvenience, as well as moved us to our requested room the next day. It was exactly what we needed for our stay, no complaints.
