Great price and location. Check in and check out quick. Our king room was large, the bed was comfortable, and bathroom laid out well; sink and make-up area separate from the tub and toilet. The work-out room had good, functioning equipment. Breakfast area was well taken care of. My suggestion is some healthy options like wheat bread or whole grain bagels and individual yogurts. But plenty of seating in the breakfast area and lobby. Many times there was nobody at the front desk and the back office doesn't have a view of the desk. Add a bell to ring.

3 day family vacation

Pool was absolutely wonderful (kids loved it...a little cold for my liking though), the gas fire pits didn't work all the time, but we didn't really use them. The room was decent, the beds were comfortable. Only issue was the bathtub drained slowly. Breakfast was decent, no phenomenal, but they did change options the 3 days we were there.

Minor annoyances will keep from staying again.

First of all, this is a decent place to stay. My problems are more annoyances than anything else, but they’re annoyances that will keep us from visiting in the future. First, we always like to bring a Roku with us on trips. The TV was mounted so close to the wall, the HDMI ports weren’t accessible. Second, the indoor pool was nice, but was almost too cold to even enter, much less spend any meaningful time in it. My third and biggest gripe, is that the carpet while didn’t look terrible, felt as though whoever shampoos the carpet used way too much soap and doesn’t extract it properly. It felt almost sticky or like a residue would be left on your hand. I did not take my socks off due to this.

Their policy is that they do not clean rooms or replace towels unless you request it. Our 1st night there, I had a problem that caused urine to be all over the floor in front of the toilet. I wiped it up with 1 of the 2 bath towels and threw that in the back beside the toilet. When I realized the next night the everything was as we had left it, I explained to the person at the desk what had happened. We did get some new towels and wash cloths the next day, but they never removed what became a pile of towels and wash cloths, even though I again asked for new ones the day after that. I just gave up after that.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was laid out very nicely and very clean. The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient right next to the convention center that we were going to.

Run down

Hotel room was rundown and room was musty. The tub was cracked, could not figure out the tv, the floor had stains. We cohabited the last night with a cricket. There was rust like stains throughout also. I have allergies, there wasn’t hypoallergenic pillows in rooms and those looked old also. The EV charging station was not working and ended up taking $10 of my money with very little charge. The staff was friendly but lots of problems won’t stay here again when I come to Cincinnati.

The pictures of the hotel are deceiving. The lobby and breakfast dining room are the only renovated areas. The hallways are worn out with bland colors. The room we were issued was dated, the recliner chair was heavily worn out and uncomfortable with a paint stain on it. The shower faucet knob fell off and there were stains on bathroom door. The king bed boxspring had a metal bracket sticking out that could pose a safety hazard. I have pictures of the above. The hallway stunk like canabis at a certain point of the night. Was not worth the money. Will not return.

The AC unit wasn’t working properly and left the room with too much moisture. The first night we checked in so late and didn’t complain but the bedsheets and surfaces were damp. If wasn’t as damp the following two nights however if wasn’t comfortable. Bedding wasn’t clean. Carpet in the hotel room as well. The pool area and fire pits were beautiful. The staff was kind. Ice for our cooler was helpful and parking wasn’t an issue.
