Everything was good. Only isolated issue we had was the people parking at the charding station when they dont have electric car. I did mention to the nightshift staff this morning about having a sign posted to "Parking only for Electric cars to charge their vehicle." Its convenient to have at the hotel and we truly appreciate it and we were able to charge our rental more than once. Thank you.

Desk was understaffed at check in which was unfair to the single worker who had to answer phones as well as service walk-ins. The amenities are amazing—but you can tell the rooms are lacking with stains on the walls and ceilings, on the carpet by the beds. For as much as this place costs, and how nice the amenities are, one would think the rooms would be just as nice, not some low-rate side of the road motel feeling when you walk in.

Great price and location. Check in and check out quick. Our king room was large, the bed was comfortable, and bathroom laid out well; sink and make-up area separate from the tub and toilet. The work-out room had good, functioning equipment. Breakfast area was well taken care of. My suggestion is some healthy options like wheat bread or whole grain bagels and individual yogurts. But plenty of seating in the breakfast area and lobby. Many times there was nobody at the front desk and the back office doesn't have a view of the desk. Add a bell to ring.

3 day family vacation

Pool was absolutely wonderful (kids loved it...a little cold for my liking though), the gas fire pits didn't work all the time, but we didn't really use them. The room was decent, the beds were comfortable. Only issue was the bathtub drained slowly. Breakfast was decent, no phenomenal, but they did change options the 3 days we were there.
