I thought this hotwl was well maintained and the staff was helpful. That said, the TRU style hotel is not for everyone. I like a seperate closet for my clothes. I would stay there again, but it was not what I was expecting.

Clean and comfortable, hard to control shower temp
Room was comfortable, and clean. Breakfast and coffee was good. Only thing we had problems with was the shower… It was extremely difficult to regulate temperature, it would go from warm, to cold, to scalding… during a shower without touching the dial. This may have been because we were on the fourth floor at the far end… Would not stay again unless we were guaranteed lower floor towards the center of the building… I think multiple showers going on and off caused problems with regulating temperature???
