Elevators were in great need of repair. The room had only one dim light in the bathroom, the tub drain was clogged and drained very, very slowly. The automatic door buttons for Exterior side doors did not work. The windows had a white film on them. It was very evident that the hotel was old and had been purchased by Wyndham recently. Ever hear of the saying, “putting lipstick on a pig”? The only good thing was the bed. Very comfortable and clean.

I’m very disappointed with my first experience here. I was charged 2 extra times for my stay. My deposit is still pending in my back account almost two weeks after I left the hotel. Every time I call the property to get an update on when the funds will be released no one answers. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The tub was clogged. Honestly just a horrible experience and I will most definitely not be returning.

The stay was awesome. I want to mention that There is a gentlemen by the name of Gagan. He was the receptionist and very rude when I was trying to get help with an issue online. I specified that my agent from Expedia was trying to call. The agent called 3 times and no answer. So I went to the front desk to bring this to his attention and he laughed in my face and said “do you see anyone on the phone, do you see the phone ringing??” After that I spoke with the very nice manager. Her name is Laneisha. She helped me out tremendously and I’m so grateful to her for her help and support. Other than the rude guy, I always enjoy my stay at the Wyndham. Also Preston is also an exceptional host as well and very helpful. Thank you

I wasn’t able to get into my room until 6pm because the rooms weren’t “available” yet. I called for three days in a row to speak to a manager. Finally spoke to a manager and was told she’d call me back. She never called back. Never again.
