Inoperable side doors. Burned out light bulb in bathroom, forcing me to change rooms. Inoperable elevators. Barely functioning shower. Only in Summit County there was an accident on the southbound as two employees working the entire property at my 7 PM check-in.

The staff was very unfriendly and rude the hotel was very dirty and has bed bugs and they refuse to give guest any extra towels toilet paper or new sheets for bed all the elevators were broken and so was all the ice machines and the staff didn't seem to care about anything that is going on there.

The shower pressure just wasn’t there. For the most part, more water came out of the faucet than the head- unless you really pulled on the lever but then the entire faucet moved up. The air conditioner was SO loud when it turned on, it woke me up and was loud the entire cycle.

We wasn’t happy

We had to take my sister to emergency surgery for her shoulder to Cleveland clinic. My sister payed for a room for us but when we got there we wasn’t aware of a $100 deposit and all I had was cash so we had to ride around and find a gas station to add our money to to get the room. We got the room and the person at the front desk didn’t give us the door key only the room key, so we had to walk around every time we had to leave. We couldn’t control the air in the room, slept uncontrollably. The shower wasn’t working properly, it was running from both the top and bottom part of the shower.

SLOW check-in was totally unWacceptable. Paid for breakfast for 6 people when reserved/paid on HOTELs.com - but there was magically no record of it at Wyndham. Paid CASH for breakfast - They still partially billed my card for breakfast. No time to file fraud claim. Decent enough for sleeping but has left a foul taste behind.
