I do not usually write reviews but this was honestly the worst experience I have ever had staying anywhere. The staff was rude and not very friendly or kind. There were no phones in the room to call the front desk. I walked down to the front desk and asked for two blankets and two washcloths , and was told that the person that was there that she was not going to look for another blanket at this time because she was the only staff member there And basically ignored me after that. I did get one blanket and the 2 washcloths . Both of the pools were closed. We experienced ants crawling on the table in the breakfast room, and the tables were all sticky. I wish I had something nicer to say, but the best thing that there was is that there was plenty of parking. My credit card was charged before we got there and they said it was not their fault that it was Expedia‘s fault for not advertising it correctly and so they just wanted to go back-and-forth. I’m still waiting on a refund to my credit card- I got charged prior to arrival and was not supposed to be have to pay until we arrived at the hotel.

This was the worst hotel I've ever booked. Garbage all over the parking lot, we were given the key to someone else's room, brown stains on the bedding, mold around the lamp, holes opening in the wall and corner, window covered in white foam, and the shower was filthy. Even without getting a refund we were unwilling to stay.
