I was really looking forward to staying in this hotel since Holiday Inns are usually nice. As soon as we arrived in our room, we noticed a large water damage spot on the ceiling that looked moldy :( along with dirty/stained carpet, grease & grime on the walls, and the a/c unit was caked in dirt. Thankfully the front desk was kind and moved us to another room. This room was slightly better, but still overall dirty. Stained carpet, dusty a/c unit, and handprints on the headboard! Yuck… thankfully the bed was clean. Friday night was quiet, Saturday night I was woken up several times by drunk neighbors (finally stopped hearing them at 3:30am). I just can’t believe I paid $444 for 2 nights for a place like this. :( I don’t ever complain, I don’t ever leave negative reviews, but please my friends do yourself a favor and don’t stay at this hotel.

Checking in and out was easy enough, but the room wasn't worth the price. Cleanliness was lacking in the room itself and in the entrance area. Walls had marks all over them, crumbling in some spots, and there were stain-coveree towels in our room. We requested new towels but were never given any. The breakfast buffet decent (okay food, great service).

Was not able to order pizza or anything to my room but can order door dash. The carpets in the hallways was raised and was tripping on it on the way to and from my room. I had a lot of things to carry so it was not convenient. The bathroom ceiling/wall paint was peeling off. Other than that, it was close my meeting, to where I needed to be the following morning.

This property was really nice, and very clean! The staff was friendly, and attentive. The location was central to a ton of things and close to the highways. The pool was wonderful, and the entire place smelled AMAZING! The only things I have to say are about how low the ceilings are (I’m 5’4 and I could touch them and we saw several taller folks crouching and ducking), the condition of the carpet in the hallways on the first and second floor (The carpet has little hills in it when it’s coming up and if you aren’t paying attention, it would be easy to catch your shoes and trip and fall), and the only movable curtains in the room were sheer and you could see through them from the parking lot. Other than that we had a great stay!

My room was not vey clean. I had to wipe down the portable table and desk. Looked like dried up food. The back of toilet had hair on it and the shower wasn’t very clean.
