Very unhappy. Property was in very bad shape. Curtains were broken and uncloseable. Wallpaper was ripped off the walls. Bathroom smelled, had black mold on the vent. The toilet paper holder was just barely attached and just hanging there. This place was ridiculous! Pool was locked. When we asked tonl use, we were told it closed at 7. The hottest was broken and unuseable.

I) I did not bring slippers with me, the room was not carpeted so I put on my socks which happened to be white, walking around the room for a few moments my socks were dirty 🤔. In the corners there was debri. A lamp was broken and did not work. 2) I was told that the jacuzzi was not working and the fitness room was unavailable. On my 2nd day I decided to go swimming and there was a big sign stating pool closed. Busted furniture in the lobby , spackled unpainted walls, by the elevator on lobby floor very dark, dirty patios , the benches outside the front lobby was broken I amost fell on the ground. My room was next to an outside door where people were smoking cigarettes and weed and of course I could smell that.The breakfast was not breakfast at all in my opinion. to sum it up they need to close this location down and do a grand renovation ,Its definitely worth saving.

Very disappointing for a Wyndham property. The place had a very pungent odor of cleaning solvent which was irritating to respiratory system. Front desk staff were pleasant. Rooms were not furnished with basic supplies ie; soap, shampoo, tissue, toilet paper. Ants in room. Coffee maker but no cups or coffee pods. Worse part was the pool was only open until 8pm and an EXTREMELY rude man guarding the door (and sleeping in his chair). No towels in the pool area. No ice makers in the building. Breakfast area filthy and a joke. Coffee was terrible. We trusted the Wyndham name for this stay and have lost all faith in this chain.

Our rooms were not clean actually a health violation in the bathroom. Told a lady in the hall and she said she didnt clean that room like that should end it... We had something left on the sheets big stain and couldn't get a new set ton hange ourselves. Honestly I hope we don't get bedbegs.. I didn't see any but it was not a good experience. Very disappointed

Run! Don't walk from this place! I cannot express it enough, to any of you considering staying at this dump! We checked in and out within 1 hour of being at this disgusting, rundown space for lack of what i really want to call this place. This building should be condemned and the owners charged with whatever charges would stick! and this was part of the Wyndham family! Shameful and a health hazard! DO NOT STAY HERE!

There was nothing good to say about our “10 minute stay”. Checked in, turned around and checked right back out. Property was dirty, lights were not functional and even after our initial realization of the twilight zone that we were in, we still proceeded to check out the room. Big mistake - dirty, stains on box spring, comforter, light bulbs weren’t in lamps, floor was sticky, and no comment on the bathroom. Do better, your staff isn’t even set up for success. The kicker is the paper that they have you sign, essentially holding you hostage if booked via a 3rd party - If there is an attempt to shove that down my throat, I’ll see you in court😊

Is was filthy both rooms offered was dirty. They had clogged sinks/toilets. Black mold in the bathroom. Stains on covers and towels and lamp shades. Things looked like they haven’t been properly cleaned after each guest. When I went to ask for clean towels I was told there were no clean laundry on the property, was offered a dirty pool towel in replacement. I took pictures of everything. But every staff member I encountered was very kind that’s the only positive.
