The room was clean and setup was good for our family of six. They had a limited supply of linens (no extra pillows for our fold-out bed). Room temp was good. The hallways had spilled food on the sixth floor. There was no food available for the continental breakfast, just coffee and cocoa. Checkout was quick and easy as was check-in. It seems a little odd to have a $100 security deposit that won’t be refunded for another week.

The location was great. The facilities were terrible. Pool closed. ‘Breakfast’ was just a granola bar one day. Another, it was packs of instant oatmeal - no bowls and no spoons. Room for two had one set of towels, few pillows, had to ask for coffee. Had to ask for cups. Had to ask for towels.

My light at the mirror did not work and that was the most important part of me getting dressed and doing my hair getting ready for the next day, I called front desk they told me that the maintenance guy tried to fix it and they said the manager was on vacation . Staff was friendly but check-in was confusing. We had to redo the sign in three times. The initial room we were assigned was occupied when we entered it. Elevator smelled smoky. Room was clean. Only one hand towel provided.

The room was not available until over an hour past check-in time. The floors in the rooms were not clean - our socks/feet became black due to this. The hotel smelled of cigarettes despite being non-smoking. Additionally, we were planning to stay with other members of our family but the hotel cancelled their reservation after 3pm on check in day because they accidentally overbooked. We will not stay here again.

Free breakfast was misleading. Muffins no lids for coffe heard a guy say its been weeks. My room the above light wasnt working didnt know that until Saturday morning had to use my flashlite to see. Went to desk and were very nice but wasn't sure if maintenance was working on weekend. I was like my daughter is getting married today i need to do her hair and makeup. Well thank god the guy showed up and fixt it. Would i stay there again no. But again the front desk workers were awesome.

Front desk service was not great, poor customer service and didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Was also charged over $100 more than what was listed online. The room itself provided the absolute bare minimum. Bed sheets and floor were dirty. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
