Room design is poor. For example, hand towels are next to the shower and batch towels are near the sink. So, you where ever you are, you have to walk over to get a towel. No housekeeping was provided on the first day, even though I requested it. At 9:30 PM there was a know on our door, waking us up, to inquire whether we requested extra pillows. At around 11 PM, someone was taking a shower in the room next door which cause a loud buzzing in our room making it impossible to sleep.

Excellent overall service and still I think you needore handicap parking, instead of "honors." Also, maybe more attention to public restroom stock, and stock on breakfast bar. Overall quite good.

Convenient Hotel with some perks being Renovated
This Hampton is undergoing needed renovations. Our family has stayed here about 8 times. We enjoy the pool, large dining/living room, & nearby store’s & restaurants. We used to live in the area, so it’s a comfortable east side of Cleveland location. Hopefully the prices after renovation won’t prohibit our stays & look forward to no more issues with toilets, lamps, beds, etc.

Overall had a good experience. Breakfast was great. Room was very nice. Employees were nice and polite. My only gripe is being woken at 8am due to remodeling, it’s understood. Just wish I had got the opportunity to sleep in.
