My room had bedbugs I was bitten by them hotel refused to do anything about it

Thank you for your feedback. However, We are sorry that you had that experience, Although if you would come on same time at front-desk when you found out someone whould have help you or change your room or else they would give you some discount. Furthermore, We noramally do not have complains like this, actually you were in that room for a week and never talk to us till the day you had to check-out and we inspect the room could not find anything. Thank you for letting us know now we will work on it.

Jaguzzi tub was dirty nobody came and clean it after constantly I called and complained over and over I had too clean it myself couldn’t even use the jaguzzi come too find out filter was dirty and employees didn’t know how too change it

Thank yoy for your feedback.We are sorry about your inconvenience but the thing is if you choose pre-pay reservation it does charge you on the day you make a reservation, And it gets charge at hotel as well as a no-show fee since you might already make a payment online we cannot do anything about it if reservation is online.
