The pictures lie. Half the building is closed off, the rooms are small and unkept. There was water damager on the ceiling and missing ceiling panels. There were strange stains on the sheets, pillows and floors. The bathroom floor was sticky and the tub was peeling and leaking. There were chicken bones in the trash can and a used bandage on the counter by the sink. There was no remote for the tv and a sketchy door that led to the next room. We only saw ONE staff member during our entire stay and he was not present most times. The hotel is located BEHIND an abandoned building, which confused the gps. There are multiple borded up windows, pot holes in the lot and needles laying in the walkways outside. Also, the hotel messed up my reservation. They assigned us a room that someone was already in. And since most the building was closed there was only ONE room available (see above description). We traveled over 11 hours to get there just before 1 in the morning to first be told i dont have a reservation and then to be told aomeone was in my reseved room. The man at the desk treated it as if it was our fault thinking i had someone check in for me even when i had called ahead of time to let them know when id be there. Then he proceeded to say there are no rooms and nearly left us with nowhere to stay(i had called the surrounding hotels to check availability after we found out someone was in our room). The entire experience was horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The road entrances had deep trenches. The windows on the second floor were boarded up. The outdoor entrance canopy was being upgraded. The lobby seemed nice enough. The first room had a broken bed and stained bathtub and carpets. The second room was better but smoke detector was removed and TV didn't work (was informed about this though). The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful enough when there was a computer issue preventing checkin.

The gave away my room, even though i called ahead and confirmed late arrival. Finally they gave me a room that was unclean, faucet dripping, and with a smell. It's a low class location.

Do not stay here!!! The photos show the only halfway decent parts of the place. The room was nasty, had water damage, and the tub was so bad that I couldn’t take a shower even. There is NO POOL OR BREAKFAST. Someone’s dirty underwear was under the bed along with old water bottles, balloons, and various other trash. Had I not spent my last money booking the room I would have went somewhere else but I was stuck.

No one was working the front desk. Stood at the desk over a half hour trying to check in and no one came to help. Tried calling the phone while standing at the desk and no one came to answer the phone either. Once finally checked in the room was disgusting. The tub was brown, stains on the sheets, cracks and holes in the windows, rips in the chairs, no smoke detector, etc. I checked back out within 20 minutes i refused to stay there.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. It was under construction on one side of the building with yellow tape up. The room had mold on the ceiling, broken towel, tissue, and toilet paper holders (with no toilet paper in it), gross carpet, boarded up broken windows, broken tv stand, holes in the walls of the room with paint splatters to try to cover them, and a filthy air conditioning unit that I was too afraid to turn on. It was the worst room I’ve ever seen in the United States. I can’t believe it’s permitted on this site. The pictures and website information are all made up lies! There is no pool or breakfast. The place is disgusting. I can’t believe that it passed inspections! I will not be using Hotels.com in the future!

Place looked like it should have been condemned, windows broken out plywood covering them. Inside the rooms floors were dirty and the walls as well. Bathtub was gross and stains on the bed cover. I left after seeing these conditions. Don’t book here.
