My stay was overall great rooms, clean halls, clean daily cleaning from housekeeping, front desk, easy check-in. My only problems were the hot tub was down and I specifically use the AI search bar on the app and it said it provided free breakfast from other reviews, but it was a charge for breakfast when we got there

Air conditioning in room did not work. Hot tub broken which was understandable however staff doesn’t believe there are plans to repair for the future. The pool was ice cold, not heated. Room was dirty with an old sock left on the night stand, spider webs in the bathroom, dirty towels. I honestly couldn’t believe this was a Hilton property. The only good thing was the staff was very friendly and professional.
