Computers down when trying to check in, but staff was friendly & held bag til we came back. Walls are very thin & can hear every conversation like the neighbors are in your own room. Breakfast was boxed to go but had to ask where it was, since signs said times only and not available where posted. Ice machine was broke on our floor. Had to call front desk 2x about excessive loudness of neighbors after 1030pm before they did anything. Blood splatter on the wallpaper & ceiling in the bathroom is gross, but everything else was very clean.

They did have a great breakfast mold on my yogurt. The room was definitely smaller than the picture showed. They tried charging my card 6 different small charges. Small charges. Something is up

Upon check-in a credit card is required for room, tax & incidentals; an authorization occurs to be sure funds are available, but the card is not charged.
