They did have a great breakfast mold on my yogurt. The room was definitely smaller than the picture showed. They tried charging my card 6 different small charges. Small charges. Something is up

Upon check-in a credit card is required for room, tax & incidentals; an authorization occurs to be sure funds are available, but the card is not charged. The balance of this authorization is released upon your departure. I’m sorry that this was not effectively communicated and for any frustration caused. We liked the proximity to downtown and events. The parking situation could be improved as well as available seating in the breakfast area.

Great staff and service what more can I say. I was a chef at Disneyland resort in California and Disneyland is all about guest service and whatever it takes to please you the guest Hampton inn definitely has this same service.

The hotel was very well located; easy walk to the Rock Hall and to Progressive Field. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area.

Their wi fi connection was bad , No parking lot , most of their staff not well dress it made me feel like I was staying at one of those real sheep hotels .. ... didn’t like it very much ...

Multiple late night phone calls to our room regarding our valet car service were terribly annoying but the staff went over and above to make it right. Breakfast was just ok. Everything else, including comfort, cleanliness and value we're 100%. Location to the venue for the concert we were attending was easy with multiple opportunities for eating along the way. We would indeed stay again.
