The floor was filthy in our room. The door too. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The facial tissue was shoved in the box on top. So someone knew it was the last and instead of replacing the box, shoved the tissues on top. Neighborhood is not the greatest. Asked for a late check out, was told they didn't have enough staff for a late check out. Front desk button rings to the general reservation number with no option for front desk. Not the normal Tru I'm used to staying at.

The room was clean..it had a weird chemical cleaner smell to it…the beds were made all inside out and though i didnt see bed bugs both of us swore we felt something biting us in the middle of the night. The breakfast was ok, the bread products were stale the butter to cold to even use and the pancake machine didnt work. Wouldnt stay here again but it wasnt horrible ive stayed in worse.

It’s alright.

There was an overwhelming smell of cherry air freshener throughout the hotel. The room looked nice. The bed was not comfortable, nor were the comforters sufficient for winter in Cleveland. The body wash in the shower was completely empty. For the price of our stay, it was fine, but I wouldn’t want to stay multiple nights.

The facility was exceptional. The night clerk was fair. The mattress was terrible flat and wasn’t comfortable needs wok there for a high paying room and I imagine executives. It seemed safe since this a poor part of town.
