EVERYTHING about this stay was wonderful. When we arrived we were notified that "you have been upgraded by your third party booking agent" from the "standard king" room we had booked to "a suite, free parking ($30 value) and a $12 bar credit." Beautiful hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast buffet was a very nice and delicious spread in a very beautiful setting. Bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be the room isn't very sound proof as we could hear every little thing going on in the hallway and were woken up many times earlier than we were wanting to get up . Apparently house keeping starts ver early in the morning. Also be aware if you are staying on a Thursday, trash pickup is on Friday morning and very loud for the rooms near the dumpster below. Absolutely loved this place despite the minor annoyances and will definitely be staying again next time we are in Cleveland
