Stay here when visiting Cleveland
Staff is amazing and very helpful towards tourists. The room was amazing was able to cook a dinner on a stove in the room. Bed was super comfy.

The hotel is very convenient to University Circle and Cleveland Clinic, and the common areas are well-maintained. Our room was another story, however. A prior occupant had left a bag of garbage under the kitchen sink, which hadn’t been removed even though it was giving the entire room an obvious odor. The bathroom sink faucet was almost entirely detached from the countertop, making it only borderline functional.

Great hotel with very friendly staff!
Our stay was amazing! The room was huge, very spacious for our family. It was also very clean and came with more than what we needed for a night. This would be a great hotel to stay at for an extended stay. Everyone here was very friendly and accomodating!

King suite was perfect for our family of four. Pool was clean and good temp. Breakfast was delicious and expansive. Based on the description I was expecting grab and go continental, but it was a full breakfast buffet.

The room was not cleaned well at all. The roilet stinks. The shower floor was not clean. There are signs of mold in the shower. Very disappointing.
