Travelocity needs to DROP this hotel from its listings. It is difficult to provide customer service when the front desk is away 12 hours out of the day/night. My room was missing its TV; despite brining this to management's attention, I was never furnished a TV during my 2-day stay. I was provided a roll of toilet paper that was nearly empty and there was no additional roll in the room. Although I called about getting another roll, one was NEVER furnished. The room (floors/cabinets) were filthy. There were cigarette butts in the inside stairwell, along with an empty alcohol bottle. There was mold-like substance on the shower curtain. I have pictures of all that I am willing to provide. Please do NOT let other Travelocity patrons suffer as I did by continuing to advertise this hotel. After my experience, I am questioning whether I should use Travelocity in the future.

I was the worst hotel I stay at

The room smell like dogs and housekeeping never came to the room , there was a dog barking all night next door,

Check in time was 3 pm. However when we checked in the room wasn't ready. We were left in the lobby for over an hour just waiting to get our keys after we had already checked in. Then check out time was 11am but as we were getting out stuff from the room at 10:45 am they had already deactivated our keys.

Terrible Hotel

Terrible service and dirty hotel. I stayed at the hotel for a week and the room was never cleaned. Staff was no where to be found, no ammenities, no service period!! I would never recommend this so called hotel to anyone.
