The property was ok but was not as nice as I thought a crown plaza should be. The sink handles in the bathroom we’re loose and hard to work. We requested an extra towel twice and did not receive one. Also ran out of toilet paper and did not have an extra roll. The service desk said we had to wait till house keeping came on duty before we could get some. Horrible service. The valet was the best part of the experience.

The room was nice but no refrigerator or microwave in the property. No amenities at all, cable has a very poor selection. After checking in around 5 I went down to the desk to let them know that there was a huge yellow stain on my sheets and she said she would send someone up to change them, I left and didn’t return until after 10 and guess what the sheets still wasn’t changed so I called down and again they said someone would be up next thing you know it’s 11:30pm and still no fresh sheet so I ended up just calling back down and just canceled for new sheets because I was very tired from traveling from out of town.

Wish there was more than valet parking AT the hotel, but it was a great place, a great stay, everything was wonderful!

Well upon check-in when asking about the hot tub and pool and the facilities was towed out of the hot tub broke yesterday I said that was the main reason I booked your hotel for the hot tub pool and sauna is it oh sorry I probably won't be working till Monday then upon visiting the pool area it was extremRly loud and unappealing due to many screaming children so we took a total pass on that the hot tub was disgusting looks like it had been broken for sometime the rooms were nice seemed very clean until I dropped something and looked under the vanity in the bathroom and pulled out this forgotten product of someone else's and it was a sex toy cleaner , which I know it's not your fault but it is your cleaning stuff's fault for not getting it out of there when the other gas left a bit unsavory to go to bed in that bed needless to say in the morning due to the time change of course we lost an hour there we caught the tail end of the buffet which I paid for it was rather sparse so all in all it is hard to read the whole experience the one thing that was great was the closeness to the restaurant we had Reservations Cibreo into the theater where we saw Joe Bonamassa I would try your facility again but I somewhat expect some sort of a refund for your broken down hot tub and pour cleanliness or I will not stay with you again

Restaurant only had 4:15 pm reservations available but was empty for the first hour we were there. No happy hour. Our rooms were not together and I had booked way in advance. Disappointing for cost

We do have a happy hour Monday - Friday from 3 PM - 5:30 PM. I apologize about the room placement. Rooms are not assigned until day of arrival, and we must have knowledge of your preference to accommodate requests.

As long as you do the research nothing comes as as surprise. Close to a lot of good dining spots and the gym and pool were good. Would stay here again.
